west of Trinsic, this beautiful home is right next to a mountain and next door to a
beautiful mage house! If you are still allowed to mine from within your house, you'll be able to get about 55 ingots per spawn!

| This home is HIGHLY sought after -
I've been asked numerous times within the game if I would be willing to sell it.
I've turned them all down, even when asked to sell it for 250,000 gp! This home is
very old - it is virtually impossible to get such a cool place ever again. People LOVE this place - it's secluded inside a mountain range with only one access point - a secret tunnel. The house contains a forge and anvil, 15 chests, 10 tables. A black dye tub and 6 mugs of green beer are also inside. |

| Inside the chests are
various items. They are virtually filled to the brim with stuff. Here's an
example of just the ingots: 1735 iron, 1365 dull copper, 752 copper, 1357 bronze, 295 shadow, 45 gold, 225 agapite, 19 verite, 2 valorite. Numerous magic and regular weapons, potions, regs, magic and exceptional armor, runes, jewelry, hides, potions, scrolls, champage glasses, tailoring supplies, food, etc. - there is simply too much to mention. BONUS: If you are interested, I can send you the program and scripts used to "macro" mine. I've also got another 30+ scripts that allow you to do various things while you sleep. Some of the scripts need to be modified because of changes within the game, but that's o.k. - you'll get a "head start" by seeing how the simple script language works. I use "UO Auto Pilot". BONUS: I can also send you screen shots of locations for every colored ingot in the game (including a Valorite spawn of 18-20 per spawn). I have about 15 or 20 such screen shots. |

deed, dressforms, clothes, music stands, potions, scrolls, weapons, and armor. The chests have tons of stuff - too numerous to mention! BONUS: A Red Pentagram on the floor and a handmade bed that you can walk through. BONUS: This area is rarely travelled - you need a boat or rune to even get here!

I love this house because it's in a
cool location and it's decorated like a training facility.
It contains a forge and anvil, a training dummy and 5 dart boards (for looks), probably a thousand fish, many magic fish, a few treasure maps, gold, furniture, and many miscellaneous items. |

another special home. The house is on uneven land and the house can only be entered
from the east-half of the door step. People cannot enter your house from the
west-half side of the doorsteps! - I have never seen this before! BONUS: You can place a boat right next to your house if you want! |

again. This high-traffic area affords you the opportunity to sell your wares from
your recent travels - it's placed on the northwest side of Rat Valley! Just stock the guy outside with regs and magic items and your buyers will follow. One day, I sold over 10,000 gp worth of regs (at 9gp each)! Stock the guys inside with magic weapons, armor, and perishables. |

players all hunt Rat Valley from time-to-time. Get in on the action with your own
vendor shop. A variety of monsters frequent this area. The house contains a forge and anvil, 4 vendors, over 1000 high-priced regs, anvil deed, spinning wheel deed, stone oven deed, loom deed, 2 pickpocket deeds, training dummy deed, and a secured chest of miscellaneous items. Located near Minoc and Vesper, this
beautiful lakeside home can be used as a vendor house or to stockpile your treasure.
It is the perfect place should you decide to purchase a boat. This house contains 2 vendors - the guildstone and other vendors will be removed. I've even fished from inside the house, although I haven't done it lately, so I don't know if you can still do it - OSI may have changed the rules again...hehe. |
